  • Tax included
  • The $100 cleaning fee is waived on stays of 5 days or more.
  • Parking for one car included in the rate
  • $500 returnable security/damage deposit required upon reservation. This is separate from the rental rate and will be returned within 3 weeks of departure assuming adherence to the rental agreement (i.e., no damage to the property, no lost keys, etc.)
  • Full payment required within 30 days of arrival, or in the case that reservation is made within less than 30 days of arrival, upon reservation
  • If canceled 30 days in advance: full refund. Less than 30 days but at least 10 days advance: 50% refund. Less than 10 days: 25% refund.
  • Check-in and check-out times can usually be arranged at the convenience of the tenant. The rental period may start on any day given that there is availability.
